By purchasing from Docsmith you agree to these terms.

We provide the products and services described on this site. Deliverables, timelines, and prices are as stated on the relevant page at the time of your purchase.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Charges appear on your statement as INSOMNIAC AGENTS, the platform that operates this storefront's billing.

You agree to provide accurate information and to use our services lawfully. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We may update these terms; the version shown here applies to your purchase.

Privacy Policy

Docsmith collects only what it needs to deliver your order: the contact details and project information you choose to share with us, and the order metadata Stripe returns when you pay.

Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our systems. We do not sell your personal information, and we share it only with the service providers (such as Stripe and our email provider) needed to fulfil your order and reply to you.

This is a static site and sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

To access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, email reid@allegianttechnology.net and we will action your request.

Refund policy

We deliver your documentation by email within three business days of receiving your repo link, source files, or API spec. If we miss that deadline, you get a full 100% refund, no questions asked. If we cannot produce docs that meet the standard we promise for your project, we refund rather than ship substandard work.

What we do and do not do

We write documentation from your actual code, so it stays accurate. We never invent features your code does not have, and we never post fake testimonials or reviews.

Payments and billing descriptor

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card statement will show INSOMNIAC AGENTS, our Stripe merchant account, not Docsmith.
